LCP Volume II
Volume II of the Land Conservation Plan (LCP) outlines existing conditions and presents management objectives, potential measures, and conceptual plans to preserve or enhance the beneficial public values (BPVs) of more than 140,000 acres of lands (referred to as the Watershed Lands and Carrizo Plain) that have been organized into 47 planning units.
For each of the 47 planning units there are three documents to review:
- Planning Unit Report: A map and text depicting the existing conditions of the planning unit and text describing the analysis and justification for the recommended concept.
- Recommended Concept Table & Map: A table describing the recommended potential measures to preserve and enhance the BPVs on the planning unit along with a map depicting potential measures.
- Supporting Analysis: Supporting data, information, and analysis used to develop the recommended potential measures. Volume II is intended to be viewed by planning unit. Reviewers are encouraged to download and view all of the documents related to the planning units of interest. Comment buttons appear on this site for each planning unit. Please use the "Submit Comment" feature for any planning unit you would like to comment on electronically.
